Morning, 

I am sending this email to provide you with feedback about one of your staff and your company in general. A group of us used Bilyana Golf for our first trip to Belek in April 2022.

The trip was organised pre covid and was postponed a few times due to the pandemic. But when it finally went ahead the trip was fantastic. We could not fault Bilyana Golf in any way. That trip was organised by one of your staff called Damla. In recent weeks I have again been in touch with Damla, organising a return trip there in April 2024. Yet again Damla has been great, answering lots of our queries and replying to my numerous emails/requests without delay. We now have our 2024 golf trip booked and have no doubt it will be as enjoyable as the last. Damla has been a credit to your company and I wanted to send you this email to acknowledge this.

Arrived back from Belek last night and thoroughly enjoyed the golf trip … we even got lucky with the weather !! Most impressed with your company …

everything exactly on time and very helpful and polite drivers.Also,  the hotel was excellent with very courteous staff.

We will certainly use again next year !!

In my personal name and the names of entire group members I would like to express our very big thanks to  Bilyana team for organizing  us great golf vacation in Kaya resort BELEK.

Everything worked really good and guess that we do not need to say any extra words about the golf courses just simply perfect !

Hi Megan,

Just wanted to let you know that everyone had a brilliant golfing holiday in Turkey using Bilyana Golf. Many of our golfers are seasoned  holiday golfers and they couldn't speak highly enough about your choice of hotel and golf courses. They said best golfing holiday ever.

Hi Damla

I just wanted to drop you a quick email today, after our return from our fantastic golf holiday in Belek, to thank you personally for all the guidance and help you gave us when booking. We obviously had to cancel the holiday twice due to covid but the way in which you provided information and responded promptly to all of my queries during the two reorganisation processes was excellent. You are a credit to your company and someone the company should be very proud of. 

Additionally, all the Bilyana Golf staff we encountered whilst in Belek were also brilliant. The service provided to us by your company was superb and I will no hesitation in recommending your service to others. 

I’ll be back in touch with you soon to get quotes for our next golf holiday but in the meantime, thank you very much again.
